2. Products & Orders

All garments are made to order. This means:

  • Slight variations may occur due to fabric availability or production methods

  • Each item is produced after your purchase and are typically manufactured and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed

    This does not include shipping time, which is added on top and varies by destination and carrier

    During peak periods, this production window may extend slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed

    We aim to keep our turnaround times fast without compromising quality, and appreciate your understanding as we produce each piece with care.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders, including those flagged as suspicious or intended for resale

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable

  • Payment is taken securely at checkout via major credit/debit cards, and other supported payment methods

  • Prices are subject to change but confirmed orders will not be affected

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship both within the UK and internationally. Estimated shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • MTO (made-to-order) items can be exchanged within 14 days if they are in resellable condition

  • Fleeting Fits and limited-edition items are final sale, unless faulty

  • Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

6. International Sales

We welcome customers from around the world. When ordering from outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for ensuring the product complies with your country’s regulations

  • All international purchases are made in accordance with UK law

  • Refunds or exchanges may be limited due to customs constraints
