Yes! We provide free standard shipping on orders over £25 within the UK, and £100 for ROW

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. International delivery times vary based on location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition. Please visit our Returns Policy page for detailed instructions.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are possible for different sizes or styles, subject to availability. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.

Q: Will sold-out items be restocked?

We don’t restock because every piece is made to order just for you. This means items may vary slightly if ordered at different times, as we might use a different blank that closely matches the original. For our Fleeting Fits range, we use deadstock materials, so quantities are super limited. Once they’re gone, they’re gone
