Refund Policy

At Here For It Clothing, every item is made just for you. While we hope you love your order, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:


🧵 Made-to-Order Items (MTO)

Our garments are made to order, but we’re happy to offer exchanges if the item doesn’t fit quite right or you’d prefer a different style, provided:

  • The item is in resellable condition (unworn, unwashed, tags intact)

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • You cover return shipping costs

♻️ Fleeting Fits & Sale Items

Our Fleeting Fits range is made using deadstock and limited-quantity materials. As these pieces are produced in small runs, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges once sold. When they’re gone, they’re gone.

However, if your item arrives faulty, we’ll do our best to make it right — whether that’s arranging an alternative you’re happy with or issuing a refund.


📦 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re so sorry — please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the item, clearly showing the issue.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Customised, altered garments or design your own.
